How do you Define Grace?

Some have called Grace “God’s Unmerited Favor.” While others say “Grace is God’s Riches At Christ Expense.” I have always thought of Grace as God's beautiful acts of favor toward us.

If we have never come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, then grace is what He uses to bring us to Himself (Eph. 2:1-10). Once we are saved His grace is to have a continued effect on us (2 Cor. 1:12), it should motivate us in our giving of our time, talents and tithes (2 Cor. 8-9). It is to affect our speech with one another (Col. 4:6). The law used to be our tutor (Gal. 3:19-25), but now it is grace that is our teacher (Titus 2:11-15). In times of difficulty in our lives His grace is sufficient to strengthen us (2 Cor. 12:7-10) and He has supplied us with a Throne of Grace to go to in the time of need (Heb. 4:14-16). His grace is what can take a wretched sinner or a religious sinner and transform him into a vessel of grace (1 Tim. 1:12-17). No wonder we are instructed to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus (2 Tim. 2:1)!

We can talk and even argue about just a beautiful subject or we can let it affect us so that we can be an impact on the lives of others. Grace is one of those things that is better felt than telt! Experience it today!
